do not entirely agree, we had so far achieved nothing in Iraq but wasted trillions of dollars, we have set up the Shiites in Iraq as a future proxy for the Iranian government, we are not winning in Afghanistan, lets face the facts, our foreign policy of intervention has screwed our economy, the oligarchies are running scared and inflating monetary, we have no absolute control over the middle east either, we still have to pay for Saudi Oil, and exposed the limitations of our military endeavor.

Iraq was also for Turkey ..since the Dam projects in Turkey are going to basicly turn the Euphrates in Iraq to a stream sure israel is getting most of this water for weapons ..but Turkey is also getting weapons ..so its benefiting as well. I think the video also doesnt talk about the fact that our US government overthrew a democratic regime in Iran in 1953. WE overthrew a democratic regime and placed the Shah in Iran just for oil. I know its shocking but find it out yourself.

Did you know the Shah in Iran was allready replaced long before 1953?
During WW2 Persia (Iran) refused to allow transports and troops from Britian and Russia to pass trough to fight against Germany.
They had good relations with Germany and wanted to remain neutral.
However in august 1941 Persia was inavaded by both Britian and Russia and the Shah was replaced by his son who was put in place to play as a puppet to both the western allies and Russia untill the revolution in 1979.

@dex1142 i agree that the Bill of Rights allows us to express our opinion, but no necessarily to control our government. That is why we have elections. Also, even if the Bill of Rights allowed us to "force the government to obey us", do you really think it is smart to put a huge, both domestically and internationally, government into the hands of the common American when the average man is so poorly educated? An example would be your statement of "Washington's Imperial reign".
