100 million/year * 45 years = 4500 billion

Allah yarham Baba Zayed, i really love him, he was very pious nice, wise and great man. MAy his soul rest in Peace,This Progress of UAE was not possible without him,im a Pakistani but i love him,he was a real leader.He always took care of poors,and was never selfish or greedy

4500 million is still a heck of a lot. bear in mind also that 100 mil/year is pocket change compared to the monstrous figures nowadays. he did so much for the development of the country and its people no1 can argue with that. Yet anyone with half a brain knows that he had to, to stay in control of the oil money. how do u suppose he would protect his throne from a raging riot back then? with his army of 40?
